Winding roads, wooded lots and some of the best mid-century houses around.

Cedar Hollow climbs the hills west of town. The roads wind, the lots are wooded, and the houses sit back from the street: original mid-century designs from the 1950s and ’60s alongside newer homes built with care.
It’s the most private of the four neighborhoods. Lots here are often half an acre or more, and many houses were designed around the trees and the slope rather than in spite of them.
Mid-century houses here have a following. Original ones, with paneling and glass walls intact, are prized; buyers should budget for older roofs, windows and systems.
